Excellent!

PCBgogo is an excellent low cost PCB service! The complaints I saw were mostly due to slow shipping speed from China but they have corrected this with using DHL. From design start and receiving my well crafted boards in the USA took only a week! I had a number of problems starting out (all my fault) but PCBgogo Mandy was terrific and fast in helping me, even responding during after work hours there! In 2 days I had my PCB design submitted, 2 more days it was fabricated, and in 3 more days DHL delivered it! They have lots of online aids. They are working hard to get your business. Try them!

Just too slow

We can't use PCB GoGo anymore... Its just too slow. From order to shipping for a simple board you're looking at > 5 weeks.

Their support is an excellent resource

I've been using PCBGogo for prototype and production PCBs for a long time and across many projects. They are not the cheapest, but their quality is excellent and their support is incomparably good. They will actually listen to customers and make custom and difficult things happen. They have spent hours of their time discussing with me how to best panelize a strangely-shaped board for assembly, or how to make a complicated flex board manufacturable. I've used them for difficult to manufacture thin multilayer boards with edge metallization, where they produce the best edge finish of any manufacturer I've tried. Their black soldermask flex PCBs are beautiful and seem to be less fragile than the standard orange ones. I've used them for artistic PCBs where the finish is important and there are many nonstandard copper features that are only there for visuals, and they handled those wonderfully. They have also been very reliable for assembly projects. The cost for PCBs is higher than some other manufacturers but PCBGogo have never disappointed me, so I choose to pay it anyway.
