We’re happy to welcome a new manufacturer to PCBShopper’s price list: PCBgogo.

Advanced Circuits’ server has been returning errors in response to PCBShopper’s price queries, so we have removed it from our price comparison list. We hope to work with AC’s engineers to find and fix the problem.

We’re happy to welcome our first Indian manufacturer to PCBShopper’s price list: Lion Circuits.

Smart Prototyping has just added an API so that PCBShopper can get exact shipping information from their site. Previously, we had been estimating their shipping costs and delivery times.

We love being able to show more accurate information. Thank you, Smart Prototyping, for working with us on this!

U&I, also known as QuickturnPCB, has worked with us to enable a Smart Order button for their site. Smart Order buttons are like regular Order buttons: you click them and go to the manufacturer’s quote form. But with Smart Order buttons, the manufacturer’s form is filled out for you with your board’s specs; the same specs you entered to get prices from PCBShopper.

It’s a very cool feature, and we thank U&I for working with us to implement it.

A while back, EasyEDA was acquired by JLCPCB. They wanted to do a few things on their side before PCBShopper switched over to their new identity, but the work is complete and JLCPCB has now replaced EasyEDA on PCBShopper.

We’ve just added AISLER to our price comparison calculator. Aisler is a fairly new start-up focused on making PCB prototyping easy. They do their manufacturing in Germany. They offer free standard shipping worldwide, as well as an express shipping service.

We’ve tweaked our UI to make it look better. We hope you like it. Let us know what you think and if you have any suggestions.

You might have noticed that some prices in the “Total with shipping” column are marked “(est.)”. This is because PCBShopper is unable to get shipping information from some manufacturers’ web sites, and so we have to estimate the cost and delivery time. Obviously, it’s better to get that information from the manufacturer’s site.

Elecrow has been working with us to do just that, and the results are now live on PCBShopper. Where we used to show estimated shipping for Elecrow, we now have accurate and exact numbers directly from their site. Thank you for your help, Elecrow!
