I've used Aisler's service for a few projects. I did encounter issues with some of the produced boards (which were not due to design), and none with others. The main issue is that most shipping options they offer are extremely slow, even within EU.
I've ordered 9 designs in total between 2020 and now. All the boards have been good quality and without mistakes.
Most were imported from Eagle, some from KiCad, the import function is a lot faster with KiCad but I didn't have any problems with the Eagle boards either.
During covid shipping was slow but that was due to the postal service, I know because the packages showed up in the app for normal untracked post. Twice the delivery took more than two weeks and they remade the order. Customer service was a bit slow in one case but fine overall.
My last two orders (2024) were faster than what I remember from 2022, both the budget boards and ENIG shipped faster than advertised (3 and 4 days respectively). Maybe I got lucky or they just learned to advertise worst-case time.
Overall pretty good service and cheap, I'm glad I can order small qty. boards in Europe at comparable price to China and with some luck faster turnaround+shipping.
The only way to contact the company is through the form available at their website. No phone numbers, no e-mail addresses, nothing. Messages are left unread. We decided to switch to PCBWay after one order.
Good overall PCB and assembly quality, but all that comes at a very high price. There are less expensive PCB manufacturers in the EU.
If you are a business customer, stay away of them. I ordered few PCBs on behalf of my company project. I needed an invoice instead of direct payment from my personal bank account. I tried to contact multiple times. No response. they have virtually non existent customer support. They didn't even mention any phone number or proper email address any where on their website. It is very hard to do business with a company without a proper customer support. Automation doesn't completely eliminate human. It still looks like a startup, not a matured company. Personally I tried their service for one of my hobby projects. As their service was good at that time, i recommended to my employer. This time it didn't go well due to their incomplete processes and non existent customer support. I am utterly disappointed and stressed out. I regret making a purchase.
I have used aisler for couple boards so far since I liked the fact they are manufactured in EU/US and the really affordable price. The quality was always absolutely perfect. Customer service is absolutely spectacular too and every time there was something I needed, which was not that often, as the service simply works:) the turnaround time was less than 24 hours and the customer support was always helpful. If there were 6 stars, I would have given them:)
I have used Aisler for two projects - both are 2-sided 3" x 5" boards that would be categorized as "hobby", in that there is nothing complicated on them. About 30 components, all through-hole. All standard hole and trace sizes. I sought out Aisler because I wanted a US manufacturer (yes, they are in Germany and Belgium, but they have a US plant where they make the boards that are shipped to US customers to keep the import and shipping costs low).
On quality, I have no complaints. The boards are perfect. Holes, silk screening, traces, everything is beautiful. The creation and upload process is a breeze. You can drop Gerber files, or the output files from any of a number of PCB CAD tools (I use KiCAD) right onto an icon at their site and it instantly shows you what the board will look like. The price was around $8 USD per board in a small run of 5 boards. That is more expensive than makers from China, but far far cheaper than any other US based manufacturer I could find (typically US costs would be $22 - $30 per board).
My only frustration is the turn-around time. For "Beautiful Boards Budget" (which is the cheapest service level, and is what I am using), it is typically 3-4 weeks from the time I upload my design to the time I actually have the boards in my hand. But for the price, quality, and being made in US, I'll live with it.
Update June 19, 2022:
Unfortunately, I hit some snags with Aisler regarding board options, communications and customer service that have caused me to drop my rating by one star from 4 to 3. I needed to make some boards with a black solder mask instead of the standard green. It turns out that for anything other than a large-volume production, they will not do anything but green. That was unfortunate, but my real complaint is that it took about 3 weeks for me to finally get this information out of them. There is a blog/forum where you can post inquiries and questions, and they did answer my posts on there with some delay (about a week?). But I got multiple confusing, conflicting answers from more than one Aisler representative, some telling me I could do this if I set up a "business account", some asking if it was an "assembly" (which it was not). Then they set the business account up for me, but still there was nowhere in the board specifications to ask for a black solder mask. I got silence for a week or so, and then other messages from the forum that seemed to have nothing to do with my project, and then finally a message that said they could not do other colors without a large volume project.

The fact that I can't just call or email them directly and get a straight answer to my question is a bad sign in my book. If I had a real problem with an order, like a defect, or needed a refund, I worry about what would happen now that I have seen this side of the company.
Super.

The quality and the service are absolutely professional. I never expected that for the low price. The product can be used immediately without rework. Everything fits. There are no sharp edges either. Great.
I'm using Aisler now since more than two years for about 10 different projects and have been very happy with the quality, delivery time and price. Customer support ist very supportive with a fast response time.
Rendering feature is great for a final check of the PCB.
I've used Aisler for 7 projects so far and I'm very happy with the results. I've used both the bare PCB service with and without stencil and sometimes also with parts. For Norway this is the cheapest PCB service I've found so far. With Aisler it takes about a week with the default shipping. Other services are cheaper, but shipping is often expensive. I have no complaints about the quality and stencils are also very accurate. They also have very good support for KiCAD and even a plugin that makes it very easy to upload the design and make an order. For hobby electronics projects I'm very happy with Aisler. You can see some of them on my github (user perja12).
Very good quality, reasonable price, and fast delivery in Europe. Also, the KiCAD plugin makes it extremely easy to order without messing around with Gerber files.
