ALLPCB is a great supplier.
We have been ordering the boards and assemblies from them for a few years. The prices are good, manufacturing is fast and delivery is generally on time.
The majority of our orders are the 2 to 4-layer bare PCBs. Placing such orders through the website is straightforward and takes no time.
If the order has any special requirements that are not supported by a web portal we contact customer support and their representative provides all the necessary assistance in a professional way and always within 24 hours.
In the case of assembly order, every project includes first-piece validation before the full run. And the quality is always exceptional.
The ALLPCB representative also often follows up on the orders that we receive from them.
Thank you ALLPCB team.
We are very satisfied with quality. We order PCBs for prototypes, also for final production. In last few years our company order a PCBA with SMT parts. ALLPCB supply all parts, it save us time and money.
I'm very satisfied with customer service. Orders are reviewed, then confirmed. All details are consulted with us.
Shipping is fast, preventing damages with inserts inside boxes.
I've been using ALLPCB for a while but this is the last straw. Here's what you can expect as all of these have happened to me:
They've lost my order. They sent me assembled boards with a thick white coating of some sort that wouldn't come off. Their engineer was quoting me double what the webpage was and then told me I was wrong when I mentioned it (I then placed the half-price order through the site). Their PCBs have very poor trace and via to board adhesion making rework risky; I've never once had a via pull out from another fab but ALLPCBs pull out 80% of the time.
But this last one is a doozy. I placed an order for PCBA of 380 tiny diodes per panel as a production test run for a new version of a product I've made ~100 boards of without problems (even some from ALLPCB). During testing it was very obvious something was wrong. Turns out a considerable amount of the diodes in the left -> right orientation were pulled to the right pads and not making contact with the left. The Top to bottom diodes were perfectly centered and soldered.
I talked to service and they said they would either refund or replace the order and the service person suggested that I test as much as I can and they would remake the revised boards for me. Their manufacturing engineer Charly admitted it was their mistake and said they don't keep the boards horizontal all the time before reflow (what????). So I finish my revisions and talk to service to get the boards remade and they now tell me that this is my fault too and they would only be giving me a small discount towards new boards. Their claim is that the diode's pads aren't close enough together despite being ON Semi's and Eagle's recommended pad layout.
It's 100% clear that the actual issue these boards were bumped or mishandled before reflow because the distribution of where the bad connections are. I've plotted this and most of the bad connections are on the left center and the farther away you get from that spot (likely the spot of impact), the fewer bad connections I found. The top, right and bottom edge areas have no issues.
This same order shipped missing boards too. So I'd avoid ALLPCB at all costs. I've used many other PCB fab houses and I've never had an issue with any of them in 20+ years, only ALLPCB...and it's every single order there's a problem.
They offered price 5.36$ for special large pcb, than for second order only a month later they raised a price two times.
When they saw that we will not accept this, they offered the same price, but they invented some additional fee of 60$ supposedly for FedEx, but I'm sure that's only the way to charge as much money as possible.
And they increased building time to 16 days for same quantity, and that building time they don't respect at all.
Their sales manager Crystal is trying to get more money on unfair and dishonest way.
ALLPCB is very bad, unfair, dishonest and unreliable supplier.
I can't comment on 'everyday' PCBs, but I tried to get a 3.2mm PCB made and I was quoted a very reasonable price.
As soon as I placed the order and paid, I received an email telling me that being a special PCB they needed to revise the price. They came back the next day telling me that I needed to pay the same amount again to cover the total cost. I cancelled the order and after 2 days I got some of my money back. That's right - I lost almost $15 (in bank transactions, apparently) and 2 days into my project because of these incompetents.
The PCB I ordered from ALLPCB was excellent in both design precision and quality of material. The delivery was prompt and the customer service was remarkably attentive, making the overall experience highly satisfactory.
I ordered three types of PCBs. I had entered incorrect values in the order, it was pointed out to me and I was able to correct. Fast processing and shipping, the product is very good. Good packing.
After installation everything worked fine.
I ordered 10Pcs of PCBs but I got 13Pcs instead of 10Pcs.. Got 3pcs extra 😀. And the quality of PCBs is Very good at very low price. One more thing I found very good that is customer service. There was some issues regarding holes on my Gerber file, they properly guided me and rectified the issue.
Thankyou ALL PCB👍
They are fast & professional service , and they get my order very good
