Satisfied Customer

Bittele has been my PCB manufacturing partner for several years. They have manufactured mixed through-hole and SMT designs for my company. Designs that have pushed their advertised tolerances have come back as specified. I have never been disappointed with the quality of the PCBs. Finished products have been received on-time and as-promised. Some can be seen on the company website.

Their customer service and engineering support are outstanding. I only had to lean on them in one incident: an internal review missed a soldermask dam issue prior to releasing a client’s Gerbers to production. Bittele caught the mask issue and corrected it prior to manufacturing. The Gerbers were adjusted with no charge.

Their online quote process makes it easy to assess product cost and allows my company to accurately bill clients for material cost.

I highly recommend them all around.

Bittele Review

Wanted to comment on a recent project we released to Bittele. We needed to switch from a QFP to a BGA FPGA package. The board required 5 mil traces and spacing, 5 mil drills, and 0201 caps on a 4 layer 1oz copper board. This was our first design with this complexity. Bittele (D. Rincon) held our hand thru the quote process where we hit him with 3 iterations. Once released, Bittele engineers recommened 2 changes based on their experience. Once made, the board was released to production. During the entire production cycle the production coordinator (T. Zhan) kept us informed. We received the board yesterday. Initial power up had no issues. Functional testing had no issues. Very pleased with the quality and process.

Bittele has been our best partner for 6+ years!

Our modest size firm produces just a few different models of consumer electronics. On 4-layer and 6-layer PCBs, with a mix of BGA, LGA, QFN, and through hole parts--often on both sides of the boards. Volume of a few thousand units/year. Many of our designs are very tight--so there is little room for any error.
We gave up on our prior board house--here in the USA--as the boards from that firm constantly showed up with solder blown all over and many solder bridges, even on big parts. Plus that USA firm had terrible communication and would fail to place parts orders for our turnkey jobs.
Our experience will the team at Bittele has be 100% the opposite:
a) Great communication every step of the way, from turnkey parts procurement--mixed with the many consigned parts we send them due to global shortage situation--to the fast and detailed PCB engineering checks they perform for free on all our PCB submissions. And once in production they give a link for us to follow job progress daily.
b) On-time delivery. When the pressure is on (especially when we are desperate for boards for our fast-selling models), they ALWAYS come through. They must run day-and-night because over the 6+ years we have been using Bittele they have performed some real miracles. And they ship via fast FedEx or UPS air freight.
c) Packing and quality of delivered goods has always been perfect. I think I have found maybe assembly errors in half a decade.

Really I could go on, but you just need to work with them to discover how good their service is. And now that their production line is running smoothly in their Canada headquarters location, I am experiencing even shorter turn times.

My company name is listed, so if anyone skeptical of my glowing report, just telephone me. Since 2016 I've done over $1.2 million with Bittele (that includes the cost of the turnkey board parts they order for me), and I am looking forward to many more years working with them. Sana and the whole team there are delightful.

Very Satisfied

I've used Bittele since 2018 and have used them exclusively for my PCB builds since then, now about 30 builds in total. Quotes are fast. Design review for new designs is excellent and many small errors have been found before production. The finished quality is very good. The staff is knowlegable and very professional.

Multiple Bad Experiences

I received two incorrect orders out of two orders. On top of that, it was the same simple mistake twice after being assured on multiple occasions that my order would be correct. Pictures were provided by both myself and them as verification of my needs. Each order took twice as long or longer to receive because of this. They offered me a very small partial refund, it never came. I wrote to them 4 times with polite inquires over a 7 month period. It took them 7 months to give me a $50 refund. I also received a quote for a separate project in which they assured me of one of their manufacturing capabilities (I even double checked with them because as a small business it's super important to schedule out manufacturing). A month later when I was ready to place the order they told me they found out they couldn't do it. They didn't acknowledge it as a mistake on their part and there was no apology. I've written this review because I don't wish for other small businesses to be on the receiving end of multiple bad business practices and after experiencing four issues that seems very plausible. Writing a bad review has been another bad experience btw.

Excellent Customer Support

I used Bittele a few years ago and at the time they partnered with a local Canadian company for low volume assembly. Sadly, the partner company really messed up on the assembly to a point where the boards could not be reworked and were throw-aways. Bittele took action and reviewed one of the assembled boards and also found that the assembled boards were completed unusable. At no cost to me they remanufactured the PCBs and reassembled the PCBs using new parts at their own expense. To me this spoke volumes, as a true reflection is how a company responds when things go sideways, and Bittele really stepped up.

Excellent quality and service

Bittele has taken a rather complex design requiring extremely high quality and turns them out perfectly every time. Several other top board houses were not able to pull this design off to the quality we required. Thanks!

Solid PCB Fabrication and Assembly Experience

We fabricated 2 sets of PCBs, both with assembly, from Bittele (7PCB). My point of contact was Garrett Renders, who did an excellent job in giving us prompt quotes. Overall, the process was smooth and communication was strong. I appreciated the in-depth DFM and the appreciated the way that the DFM questions were presented to me in a neat Excel sheet.

The PCB assembly contained no mistakes, and special assembly instructions were taken into account. One set of PCBs shipped ahead of the delivery date agreed upon on the quote. The other set arrived right on time.

Bittele

Generally, we always asked Bittele to manufacture and assemble our PCBs. Its service seem good and it can quickly response our problems.

Great Pricing with quality service

We've used them on multiple occasions (10+ times). They have quick quote turn-around time, they have a thorough DFM check, great pricing and are easy to work with.
