I've ordered from PCBWay half a dozen times now for various personal projects, and they've been excellent every single time. The board quality is genuinely impressive — clean silkscreen, solid plating, and the tolerances have always matched what I specified. No surprises, no defects.
Whenever I've had a question about a design file or needed clarification on specs, the response has been quick and actually helpful. They flag issues with your gerbers before going to production, which has saved me from a couple of dumb mistakes.

Ordered fully assembled PCBs and 3D prints from PCBWay and couldn't be happier with the quality! The PCBs had perfect soldering jobs and everything worked right out of the box with no assembly issues. The prints came out great and almost look like they came out of molds instead of a 3D printer.
PCBWay also worked with me, catching any design issues before they started assembly. Shipping only took ~5 days. I also didn't end up having to pay any tariffs being a small hobby order.

As a hobby enthusiast, I have produced three PCBs with PCBWay, using KiCad and the PCBWay plugin. One was with assembly. I found the ordering process using the plugin very easy, as it automatically generates and uploads Gerber and BOM files. Through the PCBWay reviews, I've received quick and guiding feedback both on some unfortunate physical design choices, and on selection of exact components for PCBA. For the orders, I have written back and forth with customer service many times; the communication is quick and clear, which I really appreciate.
The PCBs I have received have been really nice! Sharp cuts, pretty through-holes, good colors, clean silkscreen and all electronics that worked as designed. I've soldered on to them by hand where some socket components have been physically stressed after, and I have not had any issues with pads breaking off. So only thumbs up from me!
I have used PCBWay 5 times and each time they have delivered top notch highly accurate and clean PCBs to me. These boards were not little boards either, on average they were 10"x9" and 8 layers. Their pricing includes duties and custom fees which prevent any delay during shipping, they start the customs processing when the boards ship. They offer a few shipping carriers but I prefer DHL. I can't complain about their customer support or their service because it's been high quality each time.
I ordered some of Skimzor's Project, called the SZ Color Lite, available on GitHub. The PCB allows you to repopulate the components from an Original GameBoy Color to this PCB, with fewer components. Only an OLED or IPS screen can be used for the Project. The quality was very good, with no issues on my installation on the first attempt. Great CSR and timely delivery, thank you.

I am very unexperienced in the field of PCB fabrication and creation, but PCB way helped me every step of the way, and sent me exactly what I wanted. Unmatched customer support, as well as genuinely great quality. I could not recommend PCB way enough.
First attempt was shipped 9 days late because the couldn’t list my address correctly even though it is in my profile. Then it got returned back to them after failing to make it through customs. Second attempt was sat on for 2 more days before it was shipped and sent the longest way possible to me(keep in mind these were time sensitive and I was not consulted about this shipping method.) For a total of almost 30 days. Second package was never received. Customer service blames the package handler, and me for the lack of accountability and customer focus lines up with most brand that are more focused on making themselves look cool on social media. They care about influencers promoting their product but will not afford you the same attention when you spend money with them. This trend is old and tired.
PCBWAY is always a good partner. Their quality and customer service are the best.
